After that, you can opt into a monthly maintenance plan (from ₹5,000/month) which includes updates, security monitoring, backups, and a set number of change requests. For SaaS products like Business360 and Review360, you pay a monthly or annual subscription.

Yes, absolutely. Every engagement includes a signed Service Agreement covering scope, timeline, payment, IP ownership, and confidentiality. We're happy to sign your NDA before discussing project details if required. All source code and IP for custom projects belongs to you upon final payment.

Timelines depend on scope. A corporate website typically takes 2–4 weeks. A mobile app or custom software project is usually 6–16 weeks. ERP and SaaS projects range from 3–6 months. We provide a detailed timeline during scoping, and you'll see a working demo within the first two weeks of every project.

We need your input at key stages — requirements review, design approval, user acceptance testing, and final sign-off. This is usually 2–3 hours per week. Outside of those checkpoints, we work independently and update you via weekly progress reports and our shared project dashboard.

Minor clarifications are handled within scope at no extra cost. If a significant new feature is requested, we'll issue a Change Request with a clear impact on timeline and cost for your approval before proceeding. We never add costs without your explicit sign-off.

For clients on maintenance plans: critical issues (site down, data issue) are responded to within 2 hours during business hours. Non-critical issues are addressed within 1 business day. For Business360 and Review360 subscribers, support is available via WhatsApp and email with response times based on your plan tier.

Yes, training is included in every project. We provide a recorded walkthrough of all features, a written user manual, and a live training session with your team. For Business360, we offer ongoing onboarding sessions as you roll out to new users or departments.
