Senior Full-Stack Developer
Build the core of Business360 and client projects — React frontend, Node.js API, and MySQL databases. You'll own features end-to-end and make architectural decisions.
- Build and maintain features across the Business360 ERP platform
- Design and implement REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and ship solutions
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and uphold engineering standards
- Integrate third-party services — Razorpay, WhatsApp API, GST portals
- 3+ years of full-stack experience with React and Node.js
- Strong MySQL / PostgreSQL skills with complex query optimisation
- Experience with REST API design and third-party integrations
- Comfortable with AWS or any cloud deployment environment
- Bonus: Experience with Flutter or mobile development
AI / ML Engineer
Lead the development of Jay AI and client-facing AI solutions — LLM integrations, automation pipelines, computer vision, and NLP systems.
- Build and improve Jay AI — our business intelligence assistant embedded in Business360
- Design LLM-powered features: natural language queries, AI report generation, anomaly detection
- Develop custom AI solutions for clients — chatbots, vision systems, document processing
- Stay current with the AI landscape and bring new techniques into production
- 2+ years of production ML / AI experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or RAG architectures
- Ability to take a model from prototype to production API
Flutter Mobile Developer
Build and maintain mobile apps for Business360, client projects, and upcoming 360 products. You'll own the mobile experience across iOS and Android.
- Build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter for Business360 and client projects
- Integrate with our Node.js APIs, handle offline sync, and push notifications
- Publish and maintain apps on App Store and Play Store
- Work closely with our UI/UX designer to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- 2+ years of Flutter development with production app delivery
- Experience with state management (Riverpod, Bloc, or Provider)
- Understanding of REST API integration and async data handling
- Bonus: Native iOS or Android experience
UI/UX Designer
Shape the visual identity and user experience of Business360, Review360, and client projects. From wireframes to pixel-perfect Figma handoffs — this is a full design role.
- Design UI for web apps, mobile apps, and marketing pages across the Jayamm product suite
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and Figma components that developers can implement directly
- Conduct user research and translate insights into improved interfaces
- Own the Jayamm design system and ensure visual consistency across all products
- 2+ years of product UI/UX design experience (portfolio required)
- Expert-level Figma skills including components, variants, and auto-layout
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web/mobile constraints
- Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS ability to understand implementation
Digital Marketing Manager

- Plan and execute SEO strategy — technical, on-page, and content-driven
